Well that was just a denial of a summary judgment motion - not really that surprising. Of course Lilly may yet just chicken out and settle for a 2% royalty, but I bet they don't.

I still have to believe that this suit by ARIA is a long shot. Hell, if they win they'll go after aspirin next. (Not really of course, because it's off patent, but I wouldn't be surprised if some aspect of aspirin's mode of action is via NF-(kappa)B.)
