they need to address the fixed peg for the Chinese currency. all this is getting is competitive devaluations by the other Asians. hence, all the chinese stocks busting out in anticipation of that potential change.

The economy has to consolidate. Rate cuts are just serving to bubble real estate and debt. And those are just living on borrowed time.
