Sergio A run down on the Sarbanes-Oxley reg. aicpa.org Pretty interesting rules coming into effect re: 402a (prohibiting loans by companies to officers) Should put a real kink in the likes of UNTD...they loan money to the officers to pay for options. I can see this costing companies a lot of money to comply with as well as breaking up some of the good ol' boys clubs. Interestingly there was a press release on CDIC from ISI (I think) commending the company for their independent board of directors and stellar company governance!! LOL Suppose they saw this coming?
