Oh for sure, you are bound to get some exceptions and some people reach their peak right after college and head down hill from there. But I think most analysts get better at the job when you add years and years of looking at companies. You put your work on the line and you are wrong you learn things. Its hard to replace that kind of experience with just raw intelligence.
