I wonder what Bush I, Brent Scrowcroft, and yes even our current head of the State Dept. are thinking when they see this? I've said it before and I'll say it again, one last time. The decision not to go to Baghdad when we had two Corps on the ground in '90-'91 was a disgrace. This proves it. It was truly a black day for American foreign policy.
