OT ... Lizzie, re "Apple Computer said Tuesday that despite a shareholder vote urging the Cupertino computer maker to expense options, it will wait until a final standard is adopted by FASB."

For AAPL shareholders to vote for option expensing .. was unwise, collectively speaking.

For Apple Computer management to not comply with the shareholder vote .. is also unwise. And in a climate of shareholder revolt (hot or tepid), to risk further shareholder ire .. is incredibly naive and stupid.
