Global Thermoelectric Inc. Announces Enbridge Inc. Application to Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta Thursday May 15, 8:30 am ET TSX Stock Symbol: GLE Web site:www.globalte.com CALGARY, May 15 /CNW/ - Global Thermoelectric Inc. ("Global") announced today that Enbridge Inc. ("Enbridge"), a holder of a series of preferred shares of Global, has filed an application in the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta opposing and seeking to restrain Global from proceeding with the previously announced combination of Global and Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. Global intends to fully reply to Enbridge's motion. The plan of arrangement is subject to approval by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, following a fairness hearing.
