PBF could have had shares from holding FGX and also had plenty of time to accumulate the first 6 months of trading between $1.50 and $2.00. If not then are they the greater fool for buying at such a high price? If they are now insiders why would they have bought all their shares at $3.25++ while being duped by other insiders?? I don't think Tice is that dumb. The volume on the downside has been small so I don't think the recent selling is Tice or PBF it is people like yourself who are unhappy with the latest NR.
