Thanks James.... I hope Duke is right. Linux hurts Solaris and Windows sales and it's bad for the computer business as a whole. There's no such thing as freeware. R&D drives technology. R&D costs are very high. It's unfortunate, but consumers have to pay for it.

If Drug companies had never moved against generics there would have been progressively less and less R&D on new drugs.

The only real industry advocates for Linux are bottom-feeders like Mike Dell. SCO may get some enforcement help from other techs.
