You are doing this wrong.

If annual cost as you computed is 1.93284b with a profit margin of 56% the annual sales would be 1.93284/0.44=4.3928b. At a cap utilization rate of 90% the sales become 4.3928*0.9=3.95b.

foundries don't usually package the wafers.. they might not even do the testing.
