Suicide is a valid military tactic. Especially when defending one's country against a foreign invader. Actually, you've won me over. The loyal Americans on here are invading your SI space. Now what? Time to commit suicide. Good luck.

We've been through this already. Suicide is a valid military tactic. Especially when defending one's country against a foreign invader. Suicide attacks against military targets and personnel may be a valid military tactic. But against civilian populations, they are not. With brief exceptions, WWII sadly being one of them, civilization has rejected the concept that it is militarily legitimate to target civilians at random. The Geneva conventions prohibit this, and with good reason. So what the suicide bombers are doing is NOT militarily legitimate.
