Undoubtedly we will. Must be careful when using the term "Homeland Security Department", as hundreds of organizations formerly in Justice, Defense and Treasury have been folded under HS in the reorganization.

Y'all need to read more Molly Ivins to grasp the real essence of the Texas legislature. Grandstanding and wasteful are what they do for breakfast down in Austin; hell, that's why the good citizens of Texas only let them meet once every two years. Any more and they could do some real damage. Which makes the governorship of Texas a total joke, but that's another story..... (Yeah, I grew up in Dallas, whaddya gonna do about it - LOL)
