Some of the strongest anti- communists were democratic socialists, for example, George Orwell, Sidney Hook, Irving Kristol (before moving right), Andrei Sakharov, and Vaclav Havel. I never said there was no threat, I said that McCarthy undermined serious anti- communism. Lots of people think that morality is relative. It does not make one a Marxist- Leninist, nor does it prove that Democrats are all relativists. Sorry, Thomas, but you are merely showing your ignorance.
