i don't know what the full cost of each location is. what's the billable rate for a software or analyst consultant at BoA in SF? about 90 an hour? 120? I remember when I was there in 1991, the companies were billing out at $ 90 - 120 an hour to the end user? I'm talking about companies like Apple, Digital, Oracle, and others as the last layer between consultant and any contracting firms and the eventual client such as BoA, Wells Fargo, UAL, and so on.
