I may have misunderstood your position. For you and possibly most Americans , CNN is a reliable source of information, whereas for the rest of the world (especially in the past few years), its coverage is rather biased and reflects only the official US state position. For me, the Independent is a VERY reliable source of information and some of the more insightful articles around. You probably are not familiar with this newspaper. Hence the difference in our opinion. Add to it the fact that your criticism to the Independent article was mostly voiced before you read the whole article. Now, if you don't mind, I will go and wipe the drips of saliva from my mouth, and pig out on some chunky meet Pedigree...
