Right. The Secretary may disavow any knowledge, but you'll keep spewing last week's propaganda line, regardless. I guess it takes a while for things like that to propagate through the bloviating pundits.

Who will be the Dems sacrificial..

Edwards, of course. But he won't be a sacrificial lamb of any sort whatsoever.

History will repeat itself. A good looking inexperienced Dem Southern charmer/lawyer who'll do well in the game shows, er, I mean debates, will tackle another member of the inarticulate Bush clan who sits at an unlucky spot on the economic cycle.

Clinton will undoubtedly support Edwards. We might see Hillary as VP.

Winning combination.

OBL will cooperate by not doing anything horrible within the US, thereby focusing the electorate on domestic issues. The ME will seethe, NK will quietly go forward undisturbed with its nuclear program. Pres. Edwards will be handcuffed by problems with his multi-million dollar verdicts while our external enemies get stronger.

The world goes to hell.
