IMHO, I'd just rather give congrats to those who do the heavy lifting, the operator. In that case, I guess I should congratulate your mule for your ability to find $20 gold. The top three mines in Mali (Morila/Sadiola/Yatela) are all operated by Anglogold and account for almost all of Mali's production. Randgold and IAMGOLD are currently non-operators, which are viable ways to invest in mining, but are very different from and probably easier than actually operating a mine.
