Your unfortunate lack of tact and irresponsible promotion of companies, stocks, and/or political or religious precepts that contradict mainstream (read: Wal-Mart) notions of 'right' tap a long and jaded history on this thread. In fact, the prevailing concept of 'incivility' here has little to do with criticizing 'off-topic' touting (as would appear from the response to your post); rather 'incivility' is synonymous with questioning the maven-command hierarchy. To 'civilly' participate in the SI-BT group-think, you MUST pay homage and patronize the self-proclaimed BT-mavens and you MUST ignore the well-advertised FACT that the same BT-maven-junkie who called you a disgusting epithet espoused numerous penny-stocks in his BT portfolio and has spent countless hours and dozens of posts promoting these mini-micro-nano-cap stocks. Many BT lemmings learned this in an extremely harsh lesson last year when BTRN was touted by the EXACT same folk who is bashing you as a company with as much promise as you appear to ascribe to AVXSF. While I doubt AVXSF will ever meet your apparent lofty expectations, I find it the absolute pinnacle of hypocrisy that YOU should be judged an 'asshole' when the self-same epithet distributor probably did more real world damage to real folks savings then you could ever possibly achieve. If you had spammed atheism rather than AVXSF, the reaction would have been banishment rather than the silly, insipid, and stupid condemnations from the lemming-BT crowd. Thus, to quote, 'given that you've started things off on the wrong foot', you are best advised to treat 'wrong' as a contrary indicator and follow your due diligence and ignore the misleading, self-serving, and defensively-arrogant opinions you find here You opinions regarding AVXSF may be wrong. They may be right. But the information gleaned from this, or any other, SI-biotech thread is to be discounted to the precise same degree you would that hot air coming from the sanctimonious and wholly illegitimate opinions arising from the dumpster-Hades sanctums of analyst oblivion. While I don't appreciate your use of this thread to advertise your stock holdings, the criticism you've received is at such level of blatant and absurd hypocrisy that your behavior is trite in comparison to the disgusting nonsense you've received in response. And while I find it distasteful to suggest you repeat your type of posting, I would nonetheless encourage it since it brings out such obnoxious garbage from those whose suffocating hubris renders such a woefully distorted self-perception of wisdom. They are simply so self-absorbed that they can't fathom, nor be humbled by, the fact that there are countless individuals on SI who are as smart, to say the least, as they. Ph.D. inclusive, notwithstanding.
