Justa,
You make very good points. Some sort of consolidation/correction is to be expected. Let's see at what level the buyers return to the market. As of right now don't think we retest the 800-810 level but who knows? The deflation/Japanese scenario or whatever may get the best of peoples thoughts. Good charts and links, appreciate them. Glad, I've taken out some not so insignificant hedge positions the past week. You make me think that was not such a bad idea<g>. In edit: Articles like this:
moneycentral.msn.com
this, is the wall of worry I'm talking about. There are many references to advisors saying that things are so bad, and that's why the Fed is flooding, yada, yada, yada,..and things must be so bad or else they wouldn't be doing this. This again is the wall. At any rate let's see the timing and extent of the next correction. But these type of articles news, of such, makes me think JQ public has not participated much in this rally, and therefore may have further to go than most of us realize.

Hi Justa,

The II seems to be a great way to pick Int. term tops and bottoms as you say.

I am interested in your comments about cash on hand at funds. It would be great to track this as it backs up the II survey telling you what people are saying with some hard info on what people are doing. Can you tell me where you get/follow this info please? Ta.

Justa,
Thinking a little more about your post. Really doubt we're going to retest the 800-810 level any time soon. Every time there's a significant dip, dip buyers come into buy. What do you think will happen as we test previous levels which have become support such as 914 or 880 or 860? I expect buying to occur. 860 is the big one to me, until we breach that level of support looks like this pullback is just another ordinary correction-cosolidation. Another question or two? What's Don's latest thinking? Seems like that tsunami indicator has failed for the first time in 15 times? Is that not a positive divergence? Would like to know Don's latest thinking. Also, is SI going to shut down? I've written them a couple of repeat questions about my membership over the past two weeks and all I get is a not too customer friendly response which indicates to me that they are either to busy to respond or whatever? Thanks in advance.
