This is a smoke screen from the Democrats, who will say or do anything to change the subject from shirking their constitutional responsibilities.

The New York Times on the Texas/Homeland Security incident:

The tie to DeLay seems obvious. And the person designated to do the federal level investigation within the Dept of Homeland Security (what a terrible name) is a former Texas guy, tied in with the Texas Reps.
