They can't because they are treading the way of Japan then and AG knows his advice on spurring an economy did not work with Japan. His intentions are not really working here other than the boom in housing. He would love to be able to raise rates and he needs inflation to do so. HIs next hope is tax advantage as free dollars Zero interest rate is his looking pretty real night mare. Right now AG is probably seeing where protectionism theoretically can be valuable
