The target really doesn't have anything to do with cowardice, now does it? Try, for once in your life, to think logically. Just because these men are heinous criminals they do not necessarily have halitosis (for example)- we would judge whether they do or do not by their breath. We would judge whether they are cowards by their actions. People willing to kill themselves over a cause are not generally considered cowards. Of course YOU can consider them that if you like, but that's an emotional decision, and not one based on logic, or the real meaning of cowardice. Killing civilians (is it really extra bad to kill female and child civilians? I think all civilian killing is bad- even killing civilian men. It's strange that you "feel" that some civilian targets are more worthy to mention than others. I really don't get that) is heinous, but not really cowardly. It is cold blooded, and against the rules of civilized societies, but hardly something a coward would do. Cowards sit at home and bitch about things in their arm chairs, they aren't really inclined to action, now ARE they? Or that's what my daddy always said, and since he was no coward, I believed him, and I still do. The dictionary definition- for those of you who do not own a dictionary, or have a fear of opening them: cow·ard ( P ) Pronunciation Key (kourd) n. One who shows ignoble fear in the face of danger or pain I cannot square being a terrorist, with being a coward. You are signing up for danger by being a terrorist. Obviously terrorists are a lot of other things I consider to be Very Bad Indeed, but I see no reason to throw in silly things that don't seem to apply.
