Hi Jay -

Took a look at your models- Some questions - where did the prices come from - futures strip ? the prices seem to keep dropping for a few years going out.

Also, there is often a differential between the Hub price and what the producer gets - about 5-15% from transportation. (Unless you are in Wyoming, where it's 40% + because not enough pipelines)

looks likes it will get warmer -

Gas market is nice and tight already- we will need a cooler than normal summer just to keep the price at $6.00 - much warmer and things will get interesting quickly.

I think you may want to keep at least one position in a US trust for geographical diversity. I am keeping SJT, and have sold HGT to buy other energy trusts and UTes. (MIR, RRI, WMB, ILA (new favorite))

SJT's properties are near Texas and New Mexico, so no currency issues. Also, it can't buy new properties - and has low overhead.

Question >> Is now a good time to be buying China funds, like CHN ?

Best of Luck, energyplay
