We can look back at the case of HITT with the satisfaction of knowing, as Jeanette Wilcher foretold, that justice has been served, although perhaps not in a way that she may have understood possible; and "that all responsible parties...[have been]...held fully accountable for their activities," as Bradford demanded. This company and its antics entertained me fully for part of a summer. I'm quite nostalgic and wish that more HITT's came along for my own pleasure; although assuredly that would not be in the public interest. I've never received an explanation of why the lawsuit against the internet posters here on SI was dismissed--just that it happened suddenly and unexpectedly. Perhaps someone realized that it is a foolish waste of resources to sue internet posters and that doing so will not help to prevent the truth from becoming known.
