Upcoming Dow ACT dates:

05/19/2003 8865.4
05/26/2003 8877.8
06/02/2003 8890.1

The 13,8,8 sto on the S&P may have started to "noodle" along above 80.
A previous noteworthy period of 13,8,8 noodling occurred from 2/98 to 4/98 as the S&P broke over 1000 for the first time getting as high as 1131 before the 13,8,8 pulled back below 80.
Anyway, it's something to consider along with the Ratio going berzerk.
