I think the Indian market may not be correlated strongly with the US market. The sub-continent is a world in and of itself, and the impetus to move US service jobs to India may be as inexorable as the export of US manufacturing jobs to everywhere else.

You got to get on the boat at some point if you want to skip out the appointment with one destiny and keep a tryst with another future;0)

Besides, we are supposed to start buying the US when your anticipated crash takes place.
