Since you like post bankruptcy plays, you might want to look at Arch Wireless (AWIN). Arch Wireless is the largest paging service in North America. My interest in Arch is wireless spectrum Arch owns. The FCC recently modified the wireless rules which might allow Arch to relicense spectrum to wireless carriers. The following is the NY Times article on spectrum licensing:

I do not know if Arch will benefit from these changes, but the stock had a nice move right before the FCC announced changes.
