Norman maybe right on the stock market, but he sure was wrong on the dollar/euro (or was he just early! -VBG- ) The dollar is down again in overnight trading. From reading through his writings i get the impression he relys heavily on sentiment (like parsing the news), almost the exclusion of all else. I think that is a dangerous. Especially when playing counter-trend the way he was on the dollar. And his dismissal of the current account deficit is also troubling. But i guess that's what being a contary-economist is all about, point out how full of BS the rest of the economist are. Dismal science, indeed. -Chris
