Off the top of my head, the similarities and differences are:

1. They're largely similar in letter and spirit. No vulgarity, no personal attacks, no spam.

2. iHub has Chairmen of Boards, who can remove posts for Admin review. SI has no such thing.

3. SI has moderators, who can summarily ban specific participants from posting to certain threads. iHub has no such thing.
