Excellent idea. With the depth of features we have at iHub goes increased difficulty figuring out how to use some of those features. The FAQ at iHub is very lacking from a technical-writing perspective (a former specialty of mine) and it's a major job of catch-up, not only because of the depth of features, but because new ones keep getting added. When I've got the system ported to my environment and am ready to start adding features, I'll hook up with you and other interested parties and we'll see to it that the FAQ is developed concurrently with site changes.
