**Skeeter, I've already said it doesn't matter.
I think this is a tax code revision, and it 's not going to affect the economy either way. Most of it is back-loaded to future years. At least the marriage penalty will be taken away.**

gotcha.

**I didn't htink we were talking social policy. I know a good number of people whi are self-made millioanires. Some of them never went to college.**

absolutely. nothing i said was inconsistent with that. bill gates fits that bill - pun intended. he choose two attorneys as parents and went to the best private high school in the seattle area.

**Next time you drive by a grungy machine shop, or a produce terminal with recent immigrants on the docks, ask yourself if the owner is spending all his or her money on rolex watches and Mercedes Benz's. ha!**

if they want to, i have no problem with that. sometimes buying such items is a good business decisions that actually increases revenues and profits.

**If you think it would be great to tax them out of existence, think again.**

i don't think that. nothing i said is consistent with this idea. where'd you get it from?

**If you want to know what real recycling is, i can show you any day of the week. It's aluminim and copper and other metals it ain't pretty. it isn't white collar inherited. But it is busy. Really busy. And it sure is profitable.**

again, nothing i said is inconsistent with your anecdotal evidence.

the idea that a ghetto kid has an equal chance to start and run microsoft as the kid of attorney parents who received the best education possible is absurd.

the ghetto kid hadn't even seen a computer when bill was programming one at school.

bill owes everything to his ability to not pick ghetto parents.
