so they think the Fed overnight rate cannot go lower than 1%, i.e., the June 0.25% cut is the last one? I don't know. I think 0.75% overnight rate is not impossible. The economy is fragile, we should get used to it. The stagnation is here to stay I think. Look at all the innovations that came up in the past 3 years: gigabit ethernet, wifi, google, storage, etc., none has boosted productivity dramatically.
