Congratulations Bob. It's good to have you back here, even if you never did really leave :-). I'm disappointed that you have a pre-conceived notion of what the ideal signal to noise ratio should be, and that you already have designs to change the current ratio. As several others have pointed out, posting patterns change when market conditions change. Influencing where and what people post is risky and might result in a fractured community. Personally, I like the look and feel of the current SI and the ability to read and post on any thread at any time without restrictions or incentives.
