Hm. I thought you were referring to eXistenZ? amazon.co.uk Arguably one of the best films of all time (in my twisted little world, admittedly ;-) . Written & directed by David Cronenberg, the slightly strange guy who gave us "Dead Ringers", "Crash", and most notably, screen adaptation of William Borroughs' "Naked Lunch".... I was just referring to the scene in the Chinese restaurant within the Game - you know, where Jude Law eats the "Special", this strange dish of mutant amphibians and then uses the bones to fashion a gun of sorts, with teeth as bullets, and turns it to Jennifer Jason Leigh? (If you have not seen the film, this must really sound very strange -g- )
