I have NSW on my Win 98 computer and it works as advertised. I have updated for years, always uninstalled prior versions and have had no problem.

My Win XP computer is a different story. I tried to install NSW over an OEM version of NAV and my troubles began. I have wasted hours installing and uninstalling NAV and NSW, and can't get it to work. I gave up for now and downloaded AVG which works well. One day when I have time to waste I'll give Norton another try, but it is a challenge. BTW, Symantec support was not very helpful, as all they seem to do is provide tech bulletins.

I am not sure one even needs NSW on Win XP?
