Neo, Nixon picked some bad dumb folks to be his advisors. That how the idea was ever started. They stupidly tried to cover it up. Many thought it was a silly dumb dirty trick and tried to cover it up. It was a natural evolution of human nature. But when the truth came out the Republicans act with nobility. Their was no election to subvert. Mcgovern was toast. I think the idiots really believed that the dems was infiltrated by commies and believed they were acting in the national interest. Stuff has come out on Carter from the KGB. One can argue about what is worse or not. The real issue is when the truth is revealed how do the player being fully informed act. That is their essential character. The current moral vacuum seen in the current dem party is the natural evolution of that character. The rot bubble has burst and they are all covered in rot. Impeachment is a legal matter governed by the Constitution. America and justice will only prevail if laws are applied with honesty. You are trying to justify dishonesty saying it's political.
