The company has changed their policy and they now bid on big contracts where they haven't in the past. The big contracts will form part of their future revenue stream but is not certain when. All things considered they should trade above book of $2.07 especially given last 4 quarters of earnings totalling 50 cents and the fact that they are in the red hot alberta market. It is getting harder for this company to remain unknown given the 64 million in revenue in the last year. I'm holding my position.

"We have to keep in mind that this year's big jump was mainly a result of two large one-time contracts, so it would be unrealistic to expect similar increases for next year. However, we have done solid groundwork so our growth should continue at the same steady rate we have seen over the past year or two,"
