I'm sorry I disagree, all Enbridge wants is its money back. As of now the company has that money. When merged with Quantum, Quantum will be able to spend the money, leaving Enbridge with some preferred shares in a subsidiary private Canadian company controlled by Quantum. At the worst case if SOFC is a no go, then Enbridge has zilch. Mind you I don't think Enbridge has much chance of success with court application and it won't be very expensive as it should be over very soon.
