Hi gold is not suppose to be of value as fiat is suppose to reign. However you have both a high possibility of inflation partially due to deflation of the dollar on the world market as well as the inability of the dollar to create future potential value here.

There is no immediate plus right now for if one assumes the low dollar will make us more competitive that can be pretty well crossed off for short term. Add to this mess liberal interest rates that have not achieved the rounded stimulus one wishes. It is sort of like an increasing dollar supply which is being valued at a decreased value on the currency market. .

Your charts could be very right is all I am saying.

My two cents worth as I take yours post into account.
