I wondered if maybe that had been a little too subtle. On another subject, it would sure be fascinating to me and to others to hear about how you pulled this whole thing off. No numbers, but things like who you were able to reach that put you on the right track, interesting meetings, worries at the closing, etc. Hopefully you can share some of these interesting details when the time is right.
