We have more means of communication available than ever, but many businesses don't use them or use them poorly. Take my HMO, please. :) They're good at sending me messages but very poor in responding to MY messages.

I'm guessing that the remains of the SystemWorks 2001 has some Winfax stuff still hanging around. You might check the manual uninstall page for Winfax and see if any of these files or registry entries are still around.
