That dollar crisis article is really good, Jay.

Explains why the money went into the Nasdaq blow off rather than bonds in 1999, and why the US government can get away with the deficits - for a while.

All that US liquidity looking for somewhere to land which won't rock the boat (pardon the bad metaphor), and as Dorothy said, There's no place like home.
