The WSJ had an article a few days ago detailing available Iraqi cash -- can't find the link. There was a little over $1 billion that was found in the aluminum boxes and the chicken coop -- apparently the cash withdrawn by Saddam's son. There is $1.7 billion of frozen Iraqi assets in the US.

Also an additional $1 billion or so remaining in Iraqi banks. And $1.2 billion located in other countries and traced to Saddam. Here is the article detailing the $1.7 and $1.2 billion:
