Weeks. Hopefully no more than 3 of them, though. I'm not into deadlines and especially not into estimating delivery times, but I've set a very firm deadline on the database conversion as I see it as a "needed it yesterday" project and the consultants I've hired to do it have a mandate of "Just get it done and on time or early, no matter the cost." It's the company's top priority, along with my personal priorities of finishing up detail work of the acquisition and getting ad delivery through my agencies in place. Edit: Speaking of ads. I anticipate delivering the same kinds (in terms of sizes and creative types) of ads in the same locations and to the same people in the short-term. Once ad revenue and subscription revenue are to my liking (which isn't that high -- lean and mean), I'll drop the pops. They'll be kept for now only because they pay well.
