I have little doubt Ken Lay and 'Friends' have huge piles of boodle 'Off Shore'....... and beyond the so called long Arm of the Law Dick Armey was quoted as saying..that looking into off shore accounts would in effect make the US Gov...tax police and he and his Friends on The Hill have thwarted ALL attempts to pass legislation that would help pay off some of the Debts that this country is drowning in.. Most of which are Defense related..... Haliburton...Bechtel...and the Other Usual Suspects just Love this bloody game T better smart bombs ..than smart citizens
