Jay, I guess you can never go wrong taking a large profit :) Yes, it's a tough environment. Australia right now looks great, at least on paper. Self-sufficient in energy, rich in resources with a ready market in growing Asia. Reasonable government with budget surpluses that will evidently extinguish all government debt in the not too distant future. Immigration policies that attract the best and the brightest from Asia to inject dynamism in its economy, etc. Kyros
