Your past has no current relevance?

Once a scammer, always a scammer. If you want to say that your past means nothing, then why do you keep touting up your past in biz plans? How can only the positive part of your past be relevant?

You can make a few public posts that say "I don't like scammers," but if you work for and with them to promote "basher free zones," then you are a scammer. I can post that I am for the humane treatment of animals but if I run a dog fighting ring for money, I'm a hypocrite. Who cares what you say, it's what you do that counts.

Bob, I don't think it's nice that you tried to write an obscene word. I am offended. Please delete your post. (bit-slapped) :-D

You know this is all kind of sad. Bob so missed being si bob and being a part of si during si's glory days. He tried for years to get back in, work at a competing site, then when si is about to die, he happily acquires it in it's musty withered state :.(

Bob:

I am cautiously optimistic that fairness will prevail on SI. You seem very forthright about the issues and your comments below indicate a clear awareness of the issues.

My perspective as a short seller is that there are many many many outright frauds in the market place and that these discussion boards are one of the very few places where power is equalized between the good guys and the bad guys.

The case to which the comment below applies (SEVU) is one of these frauds, I think most agree by now. Remember when they couldn't provide information because their 'mainframe' was stolen in the night. That was so funny!!

What we have here is two people making contradictory statements. It's for the reader to decide for him/herself which is more credible and act accordingly. It's not for you to determine that one is more credible than the other and therefore the only one fit for public consumption.

That one of the people involved is a former officer of the company has absolutely no relevance from an administrative perspective.

The boards are for sharing of opinions and information for the benefit of all who read them. The role of the chairmen, directors, and myself is to keep the threads clear of things like personal attacks, vulgarity, threats, and spam. Not to "filter" the information being presented.
