Maybe that's because with his fascism, Bush alienated all the foreign countries. In fact Bush totally blew it. He had the chance right after 9/11, when the whole world was with him, to solve the very long and main problem that caused 9/11 in the first place. He had the chance when the whole world was united to tell the Israelis and Palestinians to accept peace or deal with military consequences. Instead that bonehead fascist war criminal liar, not only did he isolate the U.S. and made everyone HATE us, but he also FAILED in Afghanistan and in IRAQ as well as in the middle east and instead made a situation worse without solving the MAIN problem of 9/11. All the victims of 9/11 have died in vain BECAUSE of Bush. And Bush, all by himself, made AMerica the most hated country in the world by even our own allies, while creating millions of NEW terrorists. And the neoCON PINHEADS support this fascist lying WAR CRIMINAL??? And they call him a patriot??? Bush is the most unpatriotic treasonus SOB that America has ever seen. He belongs in jail.

Europe was allowed to starve for 3 years. If it hadn't been for the Stalinist threat, we never would have done anything about it at all. WE don't care-nor should we. WE went to war, did the heavy lifting. We are entitled to all the oil we want. Beyond that, the Iraqis can all drop dead. Their only hope is if we can leverage them, as a quasi-colony, against the OTHER terrorist Islamic states. (We can, and thus the Iraqis are lucky-we WILL allow them to live, and they WILL prosper.) The anti-American domestic enemy won't get traction for their pitiful presidential retards by criticizing our occupation. No American gives a rat's ass. My own attitude is that we should make them a permanent colony, a center for our continuing war against world Islam, and that we should pay for the whole thing with THEIR oil...
