zeus, that particular contract doesn't help them, but modernization of defense forces, in general, does. BTW, I can't stand RumDumb, but he's right on this one. There is no way in the world it should take 6 weeks for us to amass sufficient power to fight a podunk country like Iraq. You always err on the side of overkill, but our forces should be mobile enough to strike early and often. That doesn't mean I think we should have attacked Iraq. Just that the military has to get faster in its deployments.
