Well said, retired ... your point on the techstock bubble is pertinent, it's only one third of a decade now since that began to burst, and there are still folks realising their hit from it .... anybody following resources over time knows we had a bubble peaking only about eight years ago, there was gross mal-investment going on all over the planet, radiating out from -yes- Toronto et environs .... is that the TSE's fault, i don't think so

Maybe it's just too early for folks to get enthusiastic about anything at all ... except indifference, they're certainly taking that to extremes -g-

Russ really needed a good pep talk, and you provided a fine one. I can't help feeling that we are on the verge of something really big - that the collapsing dollar will be the catalyst for a serious revaluation of the entire gold universe - bullion, production, exploration, and reserves. And Russ has put his finger on a lot of value that is about to be rewarded. The shift out of paper and into hard assets is epochal, and by definition takes time. I just hope it happens before Russ goes postal on Canadian management! /Kit

Your best post retired, and Russ's points were equally pertinent. The only part I might take exception to is "...logic ? don't look for it in the stock market because there is very little to be had.". The logic is there, the tuff part is deciphering what it really is, at any given moment.

I have a sneaking feeling there is more money flowing into PM's at present, and perhaps over the last few months, than many might think.

That is all I'm going to say on the matter. And oh, I might add that trading on the TOCOM has been pretty interesting of late.

As always time will show.
